YouTube has finally stopped crashing on Apple devices, for some

  • YouTube is crashing on a variety of iOS devices.
  • The crashes are happening within a minute of opening the app.
  • YouTube has acknowledged the issue and is working on a fix.

If you’re an iPhone owner trying to use YouTube today, you probably wondered what was happening. It turns out there was an issue that was causing the app to crash. But now the problem should be fixed according to YouTube.

Earlier today, iPhone users flocked to Twitter to report issues with YouTube. Apparently, when attempting to open YouTube on iOS, the app would reportedly crash shortly after. Neither closing out of the app nor restarting it fixed the situation either.
