Live wallpapers aren’t quite the draw that they used to be. Once fancied as “one of the features Apple products don’t have”, it’s since fallen into obscurity a bit. That isn’t to say that live wallpapers don’t have a fan base. The cult following is huge and definitely palpable. There are a ton of live wallpapers, and we’re going to take a look at the best live wallpaper apps for Android. We’d also like to give an honorable mention to Google Photos (Google Play link) as it has a live wallpaper option now. Additionally, Android 13 added new APIs for interactive wallpapers. You can read more about those here, but we likely won’t see them for a while.
