The wait for Qualcomm to finally announce its next flagship system on a chip (SoC) is almost over, with the launch expected to happen sometime during the company’s November event. While we’ve been expecting the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for some time now, rumor suggests we could be in store for a surprise variant of said chipset.
The rumor comes courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station. Through a post on the Chinese social media site Weibo, Digital Chat Station claims that Qualcomm could be preparing to launch two separate versions of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
