  • LG Electronics has issued a recall for 52,000 TVs sold between March and September 2022.
  • The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) says the recalled TVs present a serious tip-over and entrapment hazard.
  • The problem appears to stem from the stands used for the TVs.

If you own an LG TV, you may want to check what model you have. A recall notice has been issued that affects up to 52,000 LG TVs that were sold between March and September 2022.

LG Electronics has recalled four models of its 86-inch TVs. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall notice says explains that the recall is due to the TVs presenting a serious tip-over and entrapment hazard.
